Day 8 - Fun at The Amusement Park

This cute amusement park was so much fun! The park is made of dirt paths and tall woods with rides hidden in patches of trees. There were viking themed rides, Celtic rides, American themed rides but the cutest part was the fairy tale houses hidden in the woods. You stumble upon all of the fairytale houses and then you push a button a light comes on inside the house and the characters come to life and act out the story. It was so cute. There are fairy tales that we don't have over here and one of them is a lady that shakes a feathered pillow from her window and makes it snow. They had this cute little house where and balls of foam fell from her pillow to represent feathers, it was so cute!

The trees everywhere came to life and talked. There were little gnomes and woodland creatures hiding everywhere through the woods - singing and laughing and part of the decor. It was so funny. The dinosaur part was pretty cool as well. It looked real! There were water rides, huge coasters and an way cool tree house full of twists and turns and secrets slides. This park was so much fun. There were coin operated ice cream cone machines all throughout the park. You put in a coin and then an empty cone comes out and then you put the cone in the machine arm and it lifts it up and puts ice cream in it for you. Green apple twist flavor! Watch the video - it's pretty cool.

My sister in law posted pictures of us on some other really cool rides. You can see those pictures here! http://nalani.over-blog.de/article-teil-2-119573545.html

Paisley proud of her bleeding mosquito bite evidence. She made this beautiful artwork on the 2 hour drive to the amusement park.
Cousin Nalani asked me to style her hair before we left the house to venture out.
