September Days

I can't believe September is almost over. I just don't have enough time to keep up on this blog each week so it seems to be one giant post of everything we did all month.

We enjoyed Labor Day, the new soccer season, new clogging season,  making homemade treats and canning, a company party, neighborhood party, and decorating for Halloween. It's been a fun month!

Gabe and Paisley are pretty good at soccer when it comes to scoring goals. Gabe seems to dominate the field and has gotten so much better since last year. We love watching our kids develop their talents!

I'm the Family History Consultant for our ward. I teach Sunday school each week and help lots of families do their genealogy. I've been able to break through a difficult line in my own family tree. It has been amazing!

We are so happy and doing to so well!

Manuel grilled chicken and zucchini on Labor Day!

Gabe loves to play with fire
A neighbor let me have her old baby swing. Tatem loves it!

The interesting mysterious plant growing by the swing set.

Pictures always say it better than words.

I made homemade mixed berry ice cream.

I've been canning peppers, tomatoes, apricots and apples!

I love when the boy scouts put a flag in our lawn on holidays!

Eating like this for 90 days......
Helped me look like this! I lost 29 pounds!

We just love him so much!!
The new Ogden temple. Yay!

Can you spot here here?

There she goes!
Gabe's first day of the soccer season

The kids did the ice bucket challenge.

My snickerdoodles! Everyone loves them. I made these for my Sunday school class.

So sad to give back the baby bassinet to my neighbor. Tatem outgrew it.
When I closed the trunk, I got my finger caught. I continued delivering cookies to my neighbors anyways.

Boy, do they love to work the camera!
I love little Boo Boo's overalls. Manuel said he's a farmer.

The new neighborhood they are building at the end of our street.

Snakes in our neighborhood!

Pumpkin spice cookies for my Sunday school class.

All of this came from my garden.

He is always smiling and happy.

Our kitchen witch leaves snacks for the kids everyday after school.
A homemade pizza I made for pizza night. It has feta, mozzarella, dried cherries, spinach, homemade pork sausage, and homemade pomegranate sauce! Manuel and the kids rated it a 10 on a scale of 1-10.

Gabe plays a dang good forward in soccer. He scores the most goals!

Going to the Pluralsight Barbeque.

It's a candy buffet!

Going to the Ogden temple dedication
The neighborhood party! We have these all the time on Sunday after dinner.

We have the best neighborhood!
It was a salsa party. I made homemade salsa with peaches in it. It was a hit amongst all the men and kids!

The bishop's backyard

He's already a climber!
Cambrey's clogging class

She asked me to buy her a doughnut after school...

...so I also bought us lunch! That's cheddar soup and a homemade roll.
