We enjoyed taking Oma to Farmington Station and the City Creek Center. At Farmington Station, the Disney princesses were there. It was so much fun! We visited twice, once stopping in at the Cherry Berry and the second time getting gelato at the yummy pizza place. Both times we had a lot of fun. On the hottest day of the week we walked a trail behind Lagoon that we never knew about. We got to see all of the animals and some fun things.
In Salt Lake we took Oma to Afternoon Tea at the Grand America Hotel for her Mother's Day present. We know how much Oma enjoys her tea - the rest of us had hot chocolate. It was a delightful time! Then we explored City Creek and bought some fun things at the Disney store.
It was a pretty warm week so we went swimming at the Roy Aquatic Center. Gabe's friend Jacob happened to be there so he was thrilled. I went with the boys down the big water slide - it was fun! Afterwards we took Oma to Sushi Ya for all you can eat Sushi rolls. My favorite is the Playboy roll. It's super duper yummy with cream cheese and deep fried crunch.
If only time could stand still.
