Easter, Conference, Birthdays!!

April has been so much fun!

We hosted a student from Germany named Yannic for three weeks. We celebrated Easter, watched General Conference and celebrated Tatem's first birthday!

We showed Yannic a lot of fun places here in Utah and the kids really enjoyed getting to know him. Yannic is a very happy boy and was so kind to our family. We enjoyed having him stay with us. 

Tatem got sick Thursday night and experienced some kind of seizure. It was very scary and we took him to the ER. He turned white, his lips were blue and he was cold and vomiting a lot. The doctor's found a cyst on his brain and we have an appointment on Friday with a specialist to make sure he'll be okay. It was the day before his birthday - a day we'll never forget. 

Yesterday it was very windy and there was a lot of damage all over Utah from the wind. We have never seen so many trampolines flying in the sky. Our neighbor's fence blew away and I ran over to help save it. It was so scary. 

We now have lots of snow and cold weather. It's been an interesting month!
